El Toyon Elementary is a place where children receive a world-class education that gives them the foundation for success in the 21st century university and workplace. Our dedicated teachers and staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure that students are successful, and their joy and enthusiasm for learning creates a welcoming culture of excellence where students thrive.

Our instruction is grounded in the Common Core State Standards. We prepare students with critical and analytical thinking skills, deep literacy, mathematical expertise, and passion for scientific inquiry, as well as an understanding of the changing global village. Our innovative teachers consistently win grants and awards for their incredible work.

The core values of the National School District shine in everything we do:
1. Children first
2. Whatever it takes, and
3. Relationships matter.

We appreciate the service and input of our students' families, who are valued partners in our children's education. We would love to hear from you.

El Toyon serves approximately 500 students in kindergarten through 6th grade.

You can follow us on Twitter using the handle @ElToyonSchool for the latest updates and information.

Go Eagles!
